For your own searches, no. You book directly with the airline, hotel or provider on their site, so you can add loyalty numbers and choose your seats. For tailored journeys, we prepare everything and guide you through each booking step by step.
When you book through our partner links we may receive a commission from the provider, never from you. Tailored journey plans are priced transparently on our site. The price you pay providers is the same either way.
The site is available in six languages, and our consultations are held in English and Portuguese. Journey books are delivered in English by default, or Portuguese on request.
The Curated Escape (€39) is a ready-made 3-day itinerary delivered instantly as a PDF. The Signature Journey (€249) is fully bespoke: we design your entire trip around your dates, style and budget. The Private Client (€549) adds unlimited consultations, step-by-step booking assistance and a WhatsApp concierge during the trip.
Your complete journey book is delivered within five business days of receiving your full brief, with the revision rounds included in your plan.
Our guarantee, unique in the industry: if the first draft of your bespoke journey does not excite you, we refund the full price of your plan. We would rather earn your trust than keep your money.
You can refine your brief freely before we start work, and EU consumers keep the 14-day withdrawal right until work begins. Every bespoke plan also includes revision rounds after delivery.

Prices can be displayed in 47 currencies using the selector at the top of the site. Payment for journey plans is processed in euros; your bank converts at its current rate, and partner platforms charge in the currency you choose with them.
Our rewards program: every euro spent on a journey plan earns one mile, redeemable against future journeys. The members portal for tracking and redeeming miles is launching soon; miles earned now are credited from day one.
Yes. We follow the GDPR, collect only what your journey requires, never sell data, and you can request access or erasure at any time. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Be flexible. Search with open dates to find the cheapest day, consider nearby airports, and join our private list to receive rare fares before anyone else. Prefer not to hunt? Our team finds the fare for you as part of any journey plan.
Your confirmation email and travel documents come from the provider you booked with. For changes or cancellations, you contact them directly. Private Client members have our WhatsApp concierge alongside them throughout the trip.
No. The price is identical to going straight to the platform; the provider simply shares a small commission with us for the referral. You keep all guest benefits, loyalty points and cancellation rights.
