Questions about a journey plan, a partner booking or your data? Write to us and a real person will answer. For questions about a booking you made with an airline, hotel or other provider (confirmation, changes, cancellation), please contact that provider directly, since your contract and payment are with them. We are glad to point you in the right direction.

Shekinah ("we", "us") is a boutique travel brokerage operated from Portugal. We provide two distinct services:
Planning services are priced in euros (EUR) as shown on the site. Prices displayed in other currencies are indicative conversions. Payment details and accepted methods are confirmed before purchase.
Ready-made itineraries are delivered immediately after purchase as a PDF. Bespoke plans are delivered within five business days of receiving your complete brief, and include the number of revision rounds stated in your plan.
EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. Please note two legal exceptions we apply, with your express consent at checkout:
To withdraw, contact us via the Help section within the deadline and we will refund using your original payment method within 14 days.
We take real care in our research, but travel conditions change: schedules, prices, availability, visas and entry rules are controlled by providers and authorities. Bookings you make with providers are governed by their terms, and claims regarding transport, accommodation or activities must be addressed to the relevant provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.
Itineraries and site content are our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal use. Please do not resell or republish them.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before Portuguese courts or resolved through the alternative resolution entities listed under Consumer Rights.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making. We share data only with service providers needed to operate (hosting, email delivery), bound by data processing agreements, and where the law requires.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Client and invoicing data: as required by Portuguese tax law (generally 10 years). Support messages: up to 2 years.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting [PRIVACY EMAIL]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt), or your local authority.
We honour EU and Portuguese consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases (with the digital content and personalised services exceptions described in our Terms), the legal guarantee of conformity for services, and transparent pre-contractual information.
In accordance with Portuguese law, an electronic complaints book is available: livroreclamacoes.pt.
In the event of a dispute, consumers may use certified alternative dispute resolution entities, such as CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (cniacc.pt), or the arbitration centre of your district. More information at the consumer portal consumidor.gov.pt.
